In this episode, I discuss my history of MS and how I went through life understanding and learning about my disease. I have the pleasure of having my beautiful and very sweet wife, Shelly, to tell her perspective. Enjoy!
Today I discuss the effects of mixing fatigue with procrastination. I almost confuse the two when having MS. The results can be quite harmful as I push off the things I want to do, but feel like I’ve become lazy. I don’t do the things I want, and then beat myself up for not doing them. A vicious circle which can be improved by following some simple steps to get me going.
My debut episode of “No ComproMiSe” Podcast. I have been working on a show to talk about Multiple Sclerosis for quite a while… well, more like getting the courage and optimism to record that first episode. Now that I’ve done it, I can move ahead. I hope this show will help and inform you of the disease, and make it easier to cope with and/or live with. Please let me know if you have any questions or ideas for the show!
A big thanks to Mr. Christopher Tupa who interviewed me! I had a blast recording with him. If you wish to feel important, talk to this gentleman and you’ll feel like your on top of the world. Thanks Chris!
From original post by Christopher Tupa: “On the second episode of Tupacast I interview my buddy Kevin Zerbe. Kevin describes his upbringing, influences and hobbies. We talk about his love of music and what he does with it. We also discuss Kevin’s diagnoses with Multiple Sclerosis and what that means to him, his family and those around him. This was a great interview, a lot of insight was shared and we had a wonderful time. I think you will find it both entertaining and informative.”
